Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide fence removal and construction. Please refer to Attachment B for more details.
Mandatory Site Visit: none - it is strongly suggested that the vendor inspect the project site prior to bidding.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Fencing project must be completed to the specifications outline in this bid and to the satisfaction of DWR and BLM by December 5, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
