Sludge Hauling Bid

Project Description: All sealed bids must be submitted on bid forms supplied by the North Codorus Township, as indicated above.
SLUDGE HAULING BID,
And it must be received electronically via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com, on or before 11:00 a.m., October 27, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, same day in the Township Building.
Any or all bids which do not comply with the conditions set forth in the Instruction to Bidders, Bid Forms, Agreement, General Conditions and Specifications will be considered non-responsive.
Copies of the specifications and other documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
Bid security is not required.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.
Contract shall be from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act or the Davis-Bacon Act.
The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the following:
a. Certificate of Insurance in accordance with attached requirements
b. Performance Bond (100% of Contract)
North Codorus Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of North Codorus Township. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid.
