The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced services.
Ogden South Employment Center - Elevator Maintenance Services
Contract Term: This is a 3-year contract award. The contract will be issued for the amount of the awarded contractor's bid for the first year, and additional funding for subsequent years will be added annually as legislative funding approval is given.
FY26 Contract Budget Estimate:$1,116.81
The estimated annual budget provided does not account for the 5-year testing expense, but it is required in your bid on the designated line item.
