Replicon Software Maintenance and Support– Deltek

The Minnesota Department of IT Services (MNIT), on behalf of the Department of Agriculture (MDA), intends to renew an agreement with Deltek, Inc., for up to 12 months to ensure continued, uninterrupted access to Deltek’s Replicon Time Tracking Suite of cloud-based services. The suite includes Expense Plus, TimeAttend Plus, TimeBill Plus, TimeOff Plus, and Premium Support.

These tools enable MDA staff to review and approve time entries and time-off requests, view balances, and extract time data for payroll and reporting. Approvers and managers also use the system to review and approve employee records.

MNIT has determined that Deltek’s Replicon Time Tracking Suite is the only commercially reasonably available solution that meet MDA’s business requirements. Deltek is the sole provider of these products and associated support services and they are not offered through other vendors or third parties. Accordingly, this renewal is deemed a single source purchase.
