Notes:
The Minnesota Zoo is seeking a qualified vendor or vendors to provide DJ and Emcee services supporting two signature seasonal evening events: Wanderlight Trail and Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular. Together, these outdoor experiences operate 84 event nights annually and require a vendor that can provide both high-quality entertainment and clear operational communication. The selected vendor(s) will deliver consistent, high-quality guest engagement while supporting operational goals such as timed entry compliance, guest flow, and overall event experience.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on May 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Central Time, at the Minnesota Zoo.
