Software Licensing, Maintenance & Support – Micromine USA Inc.

This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), intend to enter into an agreement for up to 12 months with Micormine USA, Inc. for continued use of Micormine software, maintenance, & support.

Micormine software, maintenance, & support is used by DNR's Division of Lands and Minerals to analyze the State of Minnesota's mineral resources and mining activity, including but not limited to: Core, Exploration, Wire-framing, Resource Estimation, Implicit Modeling and Mining.

Because Micromine USA Inc. retains exclusive ownership, copyright and trademark of their proprietary product and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. None of these required products/services can be provided through third party entities.
