NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract FORENSIC TOXICOLOGY SERVICES 25-120-COR on or before December 11, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at brian.rovik@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK

DuPage County (“County”) Recorder’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified bidders for a Land Records Management System (“LRMS”). The Recorder’s Office is seeking a streamlined, fully integrated, and scalable system that supports its commitment as the official keeper of property documents, ensuring records are properly recorded, protected, and available to the public. The County currently utilizes AVID Land Records Management Software.
