Description
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified vendors for the
renewal of Cisco Smartnet Hardware/Software support contracts. All devices must remain or be
added to our current contracts for each category of support. The support contract end dates
should be September 30, 2026, unless the equipment has reached its ¿LDOS¿ (Last Day of
Support) prior to that date. The equipment is spread across multiple Cisco support contracts.
Bidders should coordinate with their Cisco representatives to ensure that the correct contracts are
updated.
Bidder must have experience with securing Cisco support contracts. The bidder must supply at
least 3 references in which they have secured Cisco support contracts within the last 2 years.
Bids will only be accepted from Cisco Partners that are listed on the ¿Find a Cisco Partner¿
website at the following address:
