Notice to Contractor
The Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting responses from interested General Contractors to provide services for the construction of a Veterans Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, DBA Project Number 99152766 pursuant to ACA §19-4-1413, Alternative Delivery method of contracting and the Arkansas Building Authority Minimum Standards and Criteria.
ADVA seeks qualified General Contractors for pre-construction professional services and construction of a 96 bed State Veterans Home on a 60+ acre site in Rogers, Arkansas, funded through a VA State Home Construction Grant Program cost shared with the State of Arkansas.
Estimated construction duration: 12-24 months (final duration determined by architect + construction team).

Written responses will be considered if received by 4:00 on October 16, 2026.
The Davis-Bacon wage rates will be required.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formalities.
