The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to establish a contract to complete the Mooreâs Creek access road as specified in the IFB documents. The work consists of widening the existing road â with most vegetation / timber already cleared in late 2025, the replacement of several culverts, installation of new culverts, conversion of select existing culverts into a geo-web ford crossings, placement of gravel with fabric lining and the installation of silt fencing adjacent to the existing stream (about 1 mile in length on one side). The approximate length of the reconstruction project is 1.89 miles.
