This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is N0018925Q0188 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-03 (effective 17 Jan 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 Jan 2025). The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) Purchase Order using the policies and procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Sub-Part 13.5, and FAR Part 19. This requirement will be solicited via SAM.gov as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488991, Packing and Crating, with a size standard of $34M. The Federal Supply Classification is V119.
The National Museum of the U.S. Navy (NMUSN) seeks to relocate artifacts currently located in Building 76 at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) to the Collection Management Facility (CMF) located at Building 54 Defense Supply Center Richmond in Richmond, VA. One artifact from Building 706 will also be relocated to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, FL.
