Request for Proposals
RFP No. 24-067
Digital Multifunction Copiers
The City requests Proposals from experienced qualified Vendors to supply, deliver, install and service Digital Multifunction Copiers (MFDs) at various City locations including the in-house print shop as well as print management software to support these operations.

Obtaining RFP Documents

Printing of RFP documents is the sole responsibility of the Proponents.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals and will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the Proponents in preparing a response.
Proposals will not be opened in public.
The City reserves the right to negotiate concurrently with the highest ranked Proponent(s).
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West Partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
