Synopsis
MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to remove existing polyurethane foam roofing, three-tab shingles, felt underlayment, roof vents (20+/-), flashing, and entrance fascia on salt dome structure to decking. Contractor to provide and install 30-year or greater manufactured warranty composite (architectural) shingles, synthetic underlayment, galvanized flashing, and 750 metal roof vents, along with any additional items for a complete and watertight roof system. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site visit attendance is mandatory for bids to be accepted.
