Intelligence Analyst Services

The County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for The County of Orange (County), by and through the Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit application proposals from interested and qualified vendors (Proposers) for a services contract with proposers that can provide intelligence analyst services for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department – Operations Support and Intelligence Division in support of the urban area fusion center, known as the Orange County Intelligence Assessment Center (fusion center). The purpose of this solicitation is to assist a high-threat, high-density urban area in efforts to build and sustain the capabilities necessary to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from acts of terrorism. . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.
