Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands
Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: mastication services according to Attachment B.
Mandatory Site Visit: Bidder must attend in person the MANDATORY SITE VISIT on Monday, April 14th, 2025 at 10:00 am at the LDS Church north parking lot across from the Courthouse (40 N Main St, Coalville UT 84017) where bidders will follow the project manager via 4x4 vehicles to the project site.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Project Performance Time: Contractor will complete this project between May 1st 2025 and June 30th 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
