Project Description: Salt Lake City Corporation is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to operate and administer new and/or increased hygiene and outreach services to unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness in Salt Lake City. In the order of priority that may include mobile restrooms, showers, laundry facilities. Proposal can include mobile services or improving/expanding existing stationary facilities. Homeless outreach is an optional service. The total amount available is $425,000 and is a one-time funding. The funding term period is from July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026.
