Virginia Tech is providing a notice that the anticipated release/posting of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the construction of the Improve Center Woods Complex Project is in the next couple of weeks. This project is a proposed approx. 26,000 GSF single story facility for the College of Natural Resources and the Environment รข Department of Fisheries and Wildlife. The new facility, targeting LEED Silver, will include research / lab spaces, field support / storage spaces, office / collaboration spaces. The project includes demolition of several smaller buildings on-site and is located west of US-460 at the end of Inventive Lane (off Plantation Road).
