| Solicitation Document Description: | Services expected to be completed include, but are not limited to, grading, drainage, site servicing, demolition & removals, clearing and grubbing, site/tree protection fencing, concrete flat work and concrete curbs/walls/pavements, walkways, armour stone walls, concrete ramp, concrete stairs, asphalt/unit paving, splash pad, fencing, tree and shrub planting, floral display garden, sodding, playground, outdoor fitness, fire pit, entry features, lighting, shade structures, and a washroom building. As most of the work is landscape architectural in nature and involves the extensive renovation of existing landscape elements, the contractor team shall be led by a landscape contractor experienced in leading and coordinating landscape renovation projects, with experience in small washroom building construction. |

Mandatory Site Meeting Info
Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 10:00 AM local time on February 19, 2025 at 160 Neptune Drive, North York Toronto. Meet at the Parking Lot of Baycrest Arena (160 Neptune D) There is a map included in Part 1 of solicitations documents Site meetings will not be available at any other times. Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. Questions are to be submitted in writing to the City. A record of questions and answers from emails as deemed will be distributed in the form of an addendum and posted on the City's online call documents system. Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
