Other Post-Employment Benefit (OPEB) Valuations and OPEB Actuarial Consulting Services

The State Controller's Office (SCO) is seeking a contractor to provide actuarial consulting services, an actuarial valuation providing actuarial funding costs assuming a full-funding policy and accounting reports that include actuarial calculations compliant with the Governmental Accounting Standards Board's (GASB) Statements No. 74 Financial Reporting for Postemployment Benefits Plans Other Than Pension Plans, GASB 75 Accounting and Financial Reporting for Postemployment Benefits Other Than Pensions, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and other relevant GASBs.
