This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.105 Synopsis and Posting Requirements requiring the notification of proposed contract actions. This announcement is not a solicitation or request for quotes or proposals and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. This requirement will be a small business set aside, NAICS Code 541890, PSC T001.

The Massachusetts Army National Guard intends to post a solicitation, in the form of a Request for Quote (RFQ) under FAR Part 13 for promotional items for the Recruiting & Retention Battalion. The Government anticipates that this solicitation will be available on or about 27 December 2024 from the Contracting Opportunities link within the beta.SAM.gov website on-line at https://sam.gov/. The solicitation, Scope of Work (SOW), and associated information will be available only from the SAM.gov website.

As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to issue a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with a date of delivery no later than 31 March 2025. This effort will be solicited as a Total Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code that applies to this effort is: 541890 – Other Services Related to Advertising - with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M.
