Description
CDIC is seeking to establish additional Standing Offer arrangements during this last and final qualification opportunity (“2024 Refresh”), for the provision of Non-Executive Recruitment Services and Executive Search Services, for any one or both of the following two (2) Service Streams:
Service Stream #1: Non-Executive Recruitment Services
Service Stream #2: Executive Search Services
on an as and when required basis, for a period of approximately one (1) year or less, that is from the effective date of the resulting Standing Offer arrangements to March 31, 2026, as further detailed in the RFSO.
CDIC is a federal Crown corporation, with headquarters in Ottawa, and an office in Toronto. CDIC is responsible for providing insurance against the loss of part or all of deposits, and for promoting and otherwise contributing to the stability of the financial system in Canada. These objectives are pursued for the benefit of persons having deposits with CDIC member institutions and in such a manner as will minimize the exposure of CDIC to loss. CDIC is also the resolution authority for CDIC member institutions.
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/04/01.
