NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, is accepting sealed bids for:

Physical sealed Bids for Construction of the 7 ^th & Aspen Mixed-Use Phase 1 & 2 Excavation will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Suite 202. PO box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771 until 2:00 p.m. (local time) on October 24 ^th , 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Description: Excavation Scope of new construction development of two multi-story multi-family residential buildings and associated site improvements Located at 654 and 706 N. 7 ^th Ave. in Bozeman, MT.

Please write the name of the project on the front of the sealed bid.

Physical Bids must be received before 2:00 p.m. on October 24 ^th , 2024. Original physical copies must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to bidders at the address above - no faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened and read following the close of bids.

The Contract Documents and required forms may be obtained at the Bozeman Plan Room: Builder’s Exchange.

There will be an optional Pre-Bid Conference via teleconference meeting at 2:00 p.m. on October 10th, 2024. Interested CONTRACTORS are encouraged to attend. To obtain a meeting invite link interested parties may contact Scott Freimuth of Aspekt Architecture at scott@aspektarch.com .

CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR’S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the DLI, PO Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. Information on registration can be obtained by calling (406) 444-7734. CONTRACTOR is not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project, but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. All laborers
