Details
The Department of Public Health seeks one or more qualified Proposers to provide Accessibility Support Services Assistants for DPH employees who have vision impairments. The Accessibility Support Services Assistants will provide assistance with computer applications and documents where assistive technology is not available or user friendly.
The successful Proposer’s assigned staff must have written and verbal English proficiency. The assigned staff may be required to travel to different sites with employees during the assigned shift as needed.
The Accessibility Support Services Assistants will assist DPH employees in the following areas where assistive technology is not available or user friendly, including but not limited to:
1. Technology Assistance
2. Meeting/Training Assistance
3. Document Conversion
DPH seeks Proposers that have the necessary qualifications to complete the work set forth in this Solicitation. Whether a Proposer has such qualifications will be determined through the evaluation process described in Section IV of this RFP.
