South Kelly - Highway 29 Intersection Project

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF AMERICAN CANYON, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, will receive Contract Proposals up to the hour of 2:00 pm on Thursday, July 9, 2026 through the City's procurement portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofamericancanyon or in person at the City Clerk's office at American Canyon City Hall located at 4381 Broadway. Proposals will be opened immediately thereafter, in person in the HR Annex (Suite 104), and referred to the City Council for consideration at the next regularly scheduled meeting. For proposals submitted in person, the City Clerk's clock will be used to make the official determination of the time bids are submitted.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in person at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at HR Annex (Suite 104) at American Canyon City Hall, 4381 Broadway, American Canyon CA 94503 .

The Project consists of pavement rehabilitation of approximately 2,000 linear feet of roadway by means of full depth reclamation via cement treatment (FDR-C) at Tower Road and South Kelly Road from Devlin Road to State Route-29. Work also includes storm drain system installation in South Kelly Road, relocation of a street light, as well as installation of a new recycled water main and installation of new water and recycled water services and construction of bioretention facilities along the southwest shoulder of South Kelly Road. Work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, storm water pollution prevention, traffic control, curb ramp upgrades, road base treatment via FDR-C, asphalt concrete paving, ancillary grading, landscaping, and fencing improvements, and new signage and striping. Work further includes minor concrete sidewalk and curb ramp improvements at the intersection of South Kelly Road and State Route-29, within Caltrans Right of Way. This project is funded by the Napa Countywide Sales Tax Measure U and private developer funds paid to the City of American Canyon.
