The State of Wisconsin (State) Department of Workforce Development (DWD), on behalf of the Worker's Compensation Division (WCD), is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather feedback from vendors and subject matter experts (Respondents) for the development and implementation of a hospital health service fee schedule for worker's compensation claims.
The information collected will assist DWD in determining the scope, feasibility, and fiscal considerations associated with establishing a hospital health service fee schedule. Responses will also help identify potential strategies and solutions for implementation, publication, and ongoing maintenance, and will inform the State's approach to a potential future competitive procurement. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or bids. |
