The City of Norwalk is requesting proposals for the Installation and removal of Holiday Trees at Wall Street and Washington Street locations. Firms can provide pricing for Live Trees or Â Artificial Trees. The Agreement will be for One Year with Two (2) One (1) Year options. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
