The City of Granbury operates an electric distribution utility providing electrical service to residential, commercial, and industrial customers within the Granbury city limits in Hood County, Texas. The City is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide on-site mobile dielectric testing services for Rubber Personal Protective Equipment (“PPE”) and Cover-Up Equipment to ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards and requirements outlined in the scope of work.
The selected contractor shall furnish all mobile testing equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and qualified personnel necessary to perform the required services. Vendors must provide unit pricing for each testing category and coordinate all on-site service scheduling with the City of Granbury. All work shall be performed in a professional, safe, and orderly manner. Subcontracting of services will not be permitted without prior written approval from the City. The contractor shall also be responsible for any damages resulting from equipment failure, negligence, or errors associated with the performance of the work.
Vendors must provide a current Certificate of Insurance demonstrating existing coverage in accordance with the RFQ requirements. If the required insurance limits are not currently maintained, the vendor must submit a letter stating that the required coverage can and will be obtained prior to contract award.

The vendor shall maintain, at its own expense, workers’ compensation, property damage, automobile liability, and public liability insurance coverage for the entire duration of any work performed under this agreement. City of Granbury shall be named as an additional insured on all applicable policies, and the vendor shall provide a waiver of subrogation where applicable. Proof of insurance coverage shall be provided to City of Granbury in writing prior to commencement of work.
