ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at DPW Field Office located on the 3rd Floor of 1118 ‘F’ Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501, until 2:00 p.m. Pacific time, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, for DPW Project 25154 Thomas Jefferson Hall (TJH) Envelope Repairs, Clark State College, Lewiston, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include restoration of the exterior TJH building, repair and moisture sealant of the brick masonry, stucco material, wood elements, and rubble foundation. Additional scope includes window and trim repairs, pulling irrigation away from the west façade, constructing a dryscape buffer to deter future water absorption, new overlay over concrete entry stairs, and painting of the exterior steel handrails.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 23, 2026 beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing local time, at the TJH Hall, 815 5th Street, Lewiston, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
