This PROJECT will rehabilitate existing sanitary sewers and manholes throughout the Owner's service area. This Contract will be primarily used to repair sewer system defects that are allowing substantial rainwater and ground water (inflow and infiltration) into the sewer system. In addition, this Contract will focus on the repair of significant structural defects that are causing re-occurring maintenance issues.
