The Project is focused on bringing the Maintenance Camps into alignment with the general management goals related to federal contaminated sites as defined by the Federal Contaminated Sites Action Plan (FCSAP). The Scope of Work under this Contract includes operation and maintenance of the STF, relocation of compliant soil to onsite stockpiles and offsite disposal of contaminated soil and water. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase process. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase 2), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase 2, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation.
