1. This RFP is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Road Construction C7000000.
2. This Project consists Multi-Use Pathway construction on the south side of 50 Ave SW and resurfacing of 50 Ave SW from Crowchild Tr to 14a St SW.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled operational date is October 15, 2026.
