Medicine Hat College (MHC) invites qualified proponents to submit a proposal for a standing offer related to the provision of Mechanical Consulting Services, as set out in this document:

The intent of request is to secure Mechanical Consulting Services for Medicine Hat College via a standing offer agreement. This standing offer agreement will be valid for a three (3) year term with the option to renewal for a two (2) year term.
Further details are described throughout the request for standing offer documentation.
Proponents should ensure the requirements throughout are captured in the proposal. Failure to satisfy any term or condition of this request may result in a non-compliant proposal.
The Proponent must submit one (1) electronical copy of the proposal, together with any relevant documents in PDF format to:
