The State of Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHFA) intends to renew an agreement with Housing and Development Software, LLC (HDS) for up to 12 months to provide licensing, maintenance, and support for the HDS mortgage software. The software is critical to MHFA’s business operations which involve mortgage purchases and securitization, mortgage servicing, reconciliation, and the financial reporting required by Minnesota Statute 462A, Housing Finance Agency.

The software was developed specifically for MHFA by HDS, making the vendor the sole provider for this software. Additionally, there are no third-party distributors authorized to provide maintenance and support.
