INVITATION FOR BIDS

IFB# 8693 King School Vertical Lift

The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB#8693 Full replacement of the Limited Use/Limited Application ( LULA) at King School.

DCAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is General Building Construction

Filed Sub-Bid shall be included for the following trade:

Elevators

Bid documents can be obtained  electronically only through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration on Wednesday January 15, 2025 after 10:00 A.M. in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by ahp Architects.

Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Registry system.  Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Sealed filed sub-trade bid must be received no later than Thursday January 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM via the Vendor registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration

Sealed General Contract bids shall be submitted in strict conformance with the bid document and will be submitted electronically through the City of Framingham’s Vendor Registry portal https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/city-of-framingham-ma-vendor-registration no later than February 6, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.

**** A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held on January 23, 2025 at 1:30 PM at 454 Water Street Framingham, MA 01701

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
