Description
The purpose for this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct the additional parking lot in the rear of the St. Marys Senior Center located at 2603 Osborne Road, St. Marys GA.
The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, construction equipment, fuel, etc. required for the successful completion of the project. All Work shall conform to the Project Specifications and all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Contract time for shall be 90 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
