Street, Woodbine, GA 31569 no later than2:15 p.m. on Thursday, February 6, 2025, referencing Road Micro-Surfacing LMIG 2024 #P25-4200-13, at which time they will be opened and bidders name publicly read. No bid shall be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of ninety (90) days.
