Overview

Summary

The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualification is to solicit qualified firms with experience in providing Right of Way Acquistion Services for transportation related projects for the Department of Public Works. Services shall be provided on an "as needed" basis. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. It shall be the sole decision of the County regarding which Consultant the assignment is awarded if contracts are awarded to multiple firms. The County reserves the right to perform work in-house.
