The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to construct a hiking trail at The Cedars Natural Area Preserve in Lee County, Virginia, consistent with the scope of work and contractor requirements outlined in the attachments.A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 PM local time (1300 EST) on 07/08/2025 at The Cedars Natural Area Preserve, Jonesville, VA 24263 on the south side of State Road T-662 (Curt Russell highway), approximately 3 miles west of the Lee County Courthouse (GPS coordinates 36.668628, -83.153950).
