The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price services contract for Tribal Monitoring during NW Malheur Project Implementation for 2025 in the Bureau of Land Management Vale District's area of responsibility as a single source to Burns Paiute Tribe, 100 Pasigo St, Burns, OR 97720-2442, as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). The BLM (Vale District) and the Burns Paiute Tribe (BPT) have developed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to ensure that project activities will avoid impacting the Castle Rock TCP that has the potential to affect traditional and sacred cultural resources important to the BPT. Per MOU, the Tribe will provide Tribal Monitors for Project implementation activities within the Area of Tribal Interest (ATI) thought a separate contractual agreement between the BLM and the Tribe. The estimated performance period is from time of contract award through 15 April 2026. The NAICS code is 541620 and the small business size standard $19M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
