NOTICE TO AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL EQUIPMENT CONTRACTORS
The University of Arkansas Fayetteville, in accordance with the policies of the Board of Trustees, is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide Automatic Temperature Control Equipment, Material and Services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for new construction and renovation projects at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville Campus. There will be a voluntary pre-proposal meeting at 2:00 pm local time on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Facilities Management, main conference room, A103/ 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The deadline for competitive, sealed proposal submittals is 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Facilities Management, main conference room, A103/521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
