NOTICE TO AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEMS CONTRACTORS
The University of Arkansas Fayetteville, in accordance with the policies of the Board of Trustees, is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to provide Audio/Visual Systems, Material and Services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for new construction and renovation projects at the University of Arkansas Fayetteville Campus. There will be a voluntary pre-proposal meeting at 10:30 am local time on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Facilities Management, main conference room, A103/ 521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The deadline for competitive, sealed proposal submittals is 1:00 pm local time on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Facilities Management, main conference room, A103/521 S. Razorback Road, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
