Residential Structures Demolition and Cleanup

The Town of Morrisville is soliciting bids for the Residential Structures Demolition and Cleanup Project. For questions, please email bids@morrisvillenc.gov.

Emailed bids will be received on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 until 11:30 AM EST at bids@morrisvillenc.gov . The contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents, is judged to be reasonable, and does not exceed the funds available. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to award the contract, which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Town.

There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 219 Church Street, Morrisville, NC.

Addendum #1 – Will be posted no later than March 31, 2026, if needed
