NOTICE TO PROPOSERS:
This addendum, which consists of 9 pages, shall be considered part of the Bid Documents for the
above-mentioned project as though it had been issued at the same time and incorporated integrally
therewith. Where provisions of the following supplementary data differ from those of the original Bid
Documents, this addendum shall govern and take precedence.
Proposers are hereby notified that they shall make any necessary adjustments to their Bid Form to
account for this addendum. It will be construed that each proposer’s proposal is submitted with full
knowledge of all modifications and supplemental data specified herein.
Attention is called to this:
1. Please find attached the sign in sheet for the non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting of May21,
2026.
2. Please find attached the NOLA Public Schools Post-Document Document Checklist.
3. The following are questions and answers from prospective bidders that shall be included in
the bid:
a. Is there access to the mechanical equipment in the IT Rooms without removing IT
racks? No, the IT racks will remain in place during construction.
b. Will covering of IT racks for dust be required? Yes, the contractor will be required
to cover and protect the IT racks. The IT rack will be shutdown by school
personnel prior to the contractor protecting the rack.
c. Will temporary AC be required in the IT rooms while the new unit is being installed or
will the IT equipment be able to be turned off for a period of time? If turned off, how
long? Temporary AC equipment will not be required. The IT equipment will be
shutdown for a 48 hour period during which both IT room AC systems will be
replaced.
d. What is the budget for the project for bond estimating? The estimated cost is $121,
375.00.
