Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Employer of Record (EOR) services for the Universityâs Controllerâs Office. The selected vendor(s) will assume responsibility for employment-related administrative functions for designated personnel, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. In addition, the vendor must be capable of supporting international employment and payroll services across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with applicable foreign labor, tax, and regulatory requirements to enable Virginia Tech to engage and compensate personnel globally.
