Summary

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for Cecil County, Maryland (County) to secure the services of a qualified general contractor with expertise of all phases of construction to perform a variety of facility modification projects, repairs and other construction projects in court facilities, general office buildings, and correctional facilities throughout Cecil County, including jail facilities.

The General Construction Services may include, but are not limited to, labor, carpentry, millwork, framing, drywall, doors, windows, caulking, hardware, demolition, excavation, ceilings, masonry, painting, finish wood working, etc.
