The purpose of this addendum is to provide the potential bidders with the list of attendees to
today's pre-bid conference, as well as to clarify that the bid due date has been extended from
3/9 to 3/23 to allow sufficient time for firms to assemble proposals.
Please submit any questions by the end of the day Monday, 3/9. The City will endeavor to
provide responses to all questions received by Friday, 3/13 to allow firms time to incorporate
the responses into their proposals.
