Project Description:
Replace existing roof in Phase 3 area on Charlottesville High School (CHS) Roof. Remove all existing EPDM membrane, flashing, insulation, and associated materials down to structural decking. Install new membrane, flashing, insulation, and associated material according to plans and specifications. Replace or repair roof drains, elbows, and piping where indicated according to plans and specifications.
