a. The Elmira Corning Regional Airport (ECRA) estimates it will purchase approximately three hundred (300) total tons of airport de-icing sand per year on an as-needed basis. This is an estimate only and shall not be construed to represent either minimum or maximum quantities to be ordered. Bidder shall provide FAA approved Airport Grade Deicing Sand at the bid price without regard to actual quantities ordered.
