9.15.25 - OMH issues IFB 25-068

The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Pest Treatment and Maintenance at 1400 Noyes St, Utica, NY 13502 and varying other locations listed in Appendix D of document IFB 25-068 - BP FINAL.

The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using ATTACHMENT D within document IFB 25-068 FINAL.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on Thursday, October 16th, 2025 at 1400 Noyes St, Utica, NY 13502. All other locations will also be toured at this time.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Friday, October 24th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential
bidders on Thursday, October 30th, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET, Friday, November 14th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
