The City of Santee invites qualified organizations to apply for Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PHLA) funds to support housing related projects and programs that address unmet housing needs in the Santee community. This process is intended to select a service provider to (1) conduct homeless outreach services to assist persons experiencing homelessness with resources leading to more permanent housing and (2) to assess and complete accessibility modifications to lower-income owner-occupied housing.
